Fairy Touch Domestic Cleaning Services - Terms and Conditions

1. Services Provided:
  • Fairy Touch agrees to provide domestic cleaning services as agreed between Fairy Touch and the client, whether communicated verbally, through email, or by any other mutually accepted means of communication. The terms and conditions of the services will be understood based on the agreements made between the parties.
2. Service Schedule:
  • The cleaning schedule will be mutually agreed upon by Fairy Touch and the client. Any changes to the schedule must be communicated and agreed upon in advance.
3. Payment:
  • Payment terms, including rates and payment methods, will be outlined in the service agreement.
  • Late payment may result in additional fees or termination of services.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling:
  • Clients must provide 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Fairy Touch reserves the right to charge the full agreed-upon amount for late cancellations.
5. Access to Property:
  • The client agrees to provide access to the property at the scheduled cleaning times.
  • In the event of a lockout or inability to access the property, Fairy Touch reserves the right to charge the full agreed-upon amount.
6. Cleaning Supplies:
  • Fairy Touch will provide all necessary cleaning supplies unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • If the client prefers specific cleaning products, they must provide them.
7. Liability:
  • Fairy Touch will take reasonable care when providing services but is not liable for damages arising from pre-existing conditions, improper maintenance, or third-party actions.
  • Clients are encouraged to secure valuable items before each cleaning session.
8. Insurance:
  • Fairy Touch is insured and will cover any damages caused by our staff during the provision of services.
9. Confidentiality:
  • Fairy Touch agrees to keep all client information confidential.
10. Termination of Services:
  • Either party may terminate services with 2 weeks' notice.
  • Fairy Touch reserves the right to terminate services immediately in case of non-payment or breach of contract.
11. Complaints:
  • Clients should report any dissatisfaction with the services provided within 24 hours for resolution.
12. Changes to Terms and Conditions:
  • Fairy Touch reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions. Clients will be notified of any changes.
